Nice, quiet park with great customer service! Close to shopping in the two small towns that this park sits in the middle of! Lone Oak and Greenville! Wouldn't mind moving to this area!

We camped here for the Cotton Patch Challenge bicycle event and it was a very smooth transaction to find our site and deal with the management for our two-day stay with our fifth wheel. No issues and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

Stayed with Debbie and Steve four times this year. We were treated like family from the beginning. My husband and I highly recommend this park and the management.

Who doesn’t want a nice campsite for a very good price! I felt like this place was a steal and I was getting more than I should be. Yet in situations like those I slow down and appreciate what there is. My husband and boys really enjoyed this park. There was plenty of land to run around with your animals, as it is pet friendly. The utilities were tidy and speckles and were paced randomly throughout the park, which is good as you always need to be relatively close to a toilet! Everything else was grand, not in the sense that there was a lot but that small cozy places can make a very nice camping spot.

I've been here about six months, it's a great place. Quiet, clean, safe, and friendly. Tammy is a great park manager, I highly recommend.

Very nice, clean park. Unexpectedly shady for this part of Texas. Sites are level, full hookup on our site. Nice dog walking area. Extra nice for overnight travel, easy access to US 69

Easy in/out, clean level gravel pull-thru w/FHU, lots of trees, and neighbors are quiet. Some road noise, but it tapers off. It's our go-to overnight stop

Stopped in for one night. Staff was friendly and super helpful, location was nice and easy off the highway. My wife would happily stay here again, it was a good stopover.

This is by far one of my favorite rv parks to stay at. Everyone we’ve met here is the sweetest and so welcoming. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here

Nice park south of Greenville on US 69. People very friendly and helpful. Have 5 spots saved for overnighters. We like taking US 69 north around Dallas when traveling from Florida to Northern New Mexico.

I stayed here for a week, it was pleasant and I will definitely come back, the manager was helpful and very nice. I liked the dog park since this is located on US 69. The sites are roomy and the residents were very helpful and two of them jumped right in to help me get set up.
