• Speed Limit in our park is 10 MPH.
• Prices – Our prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children.
• Payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Quiet time is from 9 pm to 7 am.
• Loud parties, music and profanity can be offensive to your neighbors and is not permitted in East Texas RV Park.
• Guest are responsible for their visitors behavior, these rules apply to them too.
• Check-out time is 11 am.  If you need to extend your stay, please check with the host prior to 10 am.
• Repair, maintenance or power washing of RV’s and vehicles is prohibited.
• Your vehicles and RV must be street legal and in good repair.  Window unit air conditioning is not permitted. 
• East Texas RV Park is operating on a well and septic system, please (please) no feminine products or wet wipes in the toilets.
• Ground campfires are NOT allowed in the park,  cooking grills only. 
• Cigarette butts are considered trash,  dispose of them properly.  A site clean up fee will be imposed if you leave your site littered.
• Place your garbage in the dumpster. Do not leave trash outside your RV for ANY length of time. 
• Guests are responsible for keeping their campsite clean and neat.  No outside storage,  please.
• Alcoholic Beverages are restricted to your campsite. 
• Solicitation or advertising of any kind is prohibited without consent of East Texas RV Park.
• Sewer Connections must be watertight.
• Please respect your neighbors and do not walk thru their site.
• Landscape maintenance requires that you coil all hoses, cables and cords and stow under your RV.  Do no place anything on the grass.
• Do not park or drive on the grass, do not back your RV over the grass.
• If you are billed monthly, keep track of your departure date on file to prevent your site from being rented.  Please provide a 15 day advance notice to vacate.  There will be no refunds for early departure.
• There are no refunds.
• Sites will be rented to owner occupants only.

East Texas RV Park reserves the right to change these regulations at any time and to refuse service to anyone.  East Texas RV Park is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or accident or any acts of nature.  All facilities of East Texas RV Park are used by guest at their own risk.  Violators of these policies may be asked to leave.  Sorry, but no refunds.
